Gamizign Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which Gamizign will provide refunds for its Paid Service Plans.

2. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers subscribing to a paid trial period for Gamizign Services have the right of withdrawal and may cancel their Service Plan within the following timeframes depending on their billing cycle:

• Annual Plans: Thirty (30) days from the date of initial subscription.
• Monthly Plans: Seven (7) days from the date of initial subscription.

To exercise this right, you must provide Gamizign with unequivocal notice of cancellation within the applicable timeframe. Notice must be received by Gamizign within the specified period. The withdrawal period will not be extended if the final day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, Friday, or public holiday. The burden of proof for timely cancellation rests with the consumer. Cancellations should be submitted in writing via email to billing@gamizign.com.

You may test the Services during the trial period to determine their nature and functionality before exercising your right of withdrawal. Gamizign will not charge you for using this right.

3. Paid Service Plan Cancellations

You may cancel your Paid Service Plan before the end of your current Subscription Period to prevent automatic renewal. Consumers in Norway will receive a notification regarding their cancellation right every six months during their Subscription Period.

4. Account Recovery and Reactivation

If you cancel your annual or monthly subscription, you have a 30-day grace period to recover your account and reactivate your subscription with your content.

5. No Refunds for Most Cancellations and Changes

Except for the Right of Withdrawal outlined in Section 2, Gamizign does not offer refunds for cancellations of Paid Service Plans or price changes. This includes:

• Cancellations after the withdrawal period.
• Downgrades to a lower tier Service Plan.
• Price drops for Paid Service Plans.
• Subsequent promotional pricing.
• Changes to the content or features of a Service Plan.

6. Upgrades

If you upgrade your subscription to a higher tier Service Plan, the upgrade will take effect immediately upon payment of the upgrade fee. Your remaining term under your previous Paid Service Plan will be credited.

7. Trial Conversions

For certain Trials, Gamizign may require your payment details to start the Trial. In such cases, your Trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription for the selected Service Plan on the first day after the end of your Trial period. You must cancel your subscription before the end of the Trial period if you do not wish to continue on a paid basis.

8. Pre-paid Subscription Codes

Separate terms and conditions may apply to access acquired through pre-paid subscription codes. Refunds for such access may be subject to the terms of the specific code or the platform where it was purchased (e.g., Google Play or Apple App Store).

9. Taxes

Prices listed may not include applicable taxes. Taxes may be calculated and added at the time of purchase.
